A for ‘Orses – an Illustrated Alphabet

illustrated alphabet A to M

illustrated alphabet

This is an illustration project from my student days (dated 1993) and one of the few pieces of my original work that I kept in our move. My mind works in pictures so I had great fun figuring out how to marry words and images together into something more than just a letter.

Can you work all the letters out? Which one is your favourite? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below.

You’ll find more of my illustrations here: Happy Birthday Daddyand here: Imperfect but Lovely.

  1. Your illustrations are great and it was good fun working them out. I think my favourites were Y and T, theyโ€™re all brilliant. Thanks for joining in, hope you can again tomorrow #TheMMLinky

Loved the warrior and fairy ones in particular – what a talent you have and you made me think and wonder which are both good things #MondayMotivation
